ALCE Equity and Inclusion

The Department of Agricultural, Leadership, and Community Education commits to developing a community that reflects and uplifts the cultural diversity of all our students, staff, and faculty through our teaching, research, Extension, and outreach agendas and activities.  The ALCE Equity and Inclusion Working Group supports this commitment through internal and external initiatives, workshops, trainings, and partnerships to provide and share resources and opportunities so that all students, staff, and faculty feel accepted, included, and respected.  We also raise awareness about the ways we can individually and collectively recognize and address the systemic injustices that continue to persist within our society and university.
